Dorsum in 2011, an unassuming bar opened in a nondescript shophouse somewhere almost Clarke Quay. To celebrate its 10th anniversary this month, 28 HongKong Street has lined upwards festivities that include a Greatest Hits cocktail menu and even a mini documentary.

The documentary will feature past employees and bartenders who accept gone on to brand a proper name for themselves in the local nightlife scene, such as Singaporeans similar Desiree Jane Silva from Sago House and Low Tide, No Sleep Order's Jessica Hutchinson, Hendricks brand administrator Charmaine Thio, Peter Chua from Inferior and Amass Gin brand ambassador Jeremy Chua.

The picture show will be released on 28 HongKong Street and parent company Proof & Company'southward social channels on Oct 30.

Fans of the well-loved speakeasy, which is still located in its original spot, will as well be thrilled with the special menu that includes v of its all-time-selling cocktails over the years.

Available from Oct 25 to Nov xxx, the Greatest Hits cocktail menu will include Whore's Bath from 2011, which is made with Manuka honey vodka, umeshu, pear, lemon, pickled ginger and lava salt; and Paper Tiger from 2016, comprising Alipus mezcal, Ancho Reyes, East India Sherry, and Gran Classico Bitter.
